Tekpak is an award winning, manufacturer of robotic packaging lines for manufacturers of high volume retail packed goods, Infant Nutrition and Life Science/Pharmaceutical products.

The investment led us to automate an off-line (WIP) production process, significantly improving productivity, reducing the production lead-time from 5 days to 1 day and increasing packing efficiency by 30%.
Tekpak are forward thinking and developed Lean processes, easy to work with and very professional, met deadlines with good attention to detail and organised meetings and review of URS to insure delivery on time.
The pick and place system is working great. It is virtually maintenance free. In the first year, we increased throughput and saved on material costs when we changed from crash erect board.
