Pharmaceutical Case Loading Project incorporating Vision system to check presence of product, leaflet and 2D Matrix Code.

Rate pusher to limit the release of the cartons to a set rate.

Pharmacode checker - to check for a valid code on both PIL and carton while the carton is stopped in the PIL feeding position 2D Matrix Code printer and verification of 2D Matrix code.

Leaflet feeder - for inserting PIL (Patient Information leaflets) into the cartons.

Vision system - Sensopart Camera is integrated with the line in the area of Thermal Inkjet Printer. The purpose of this unit is to check for a valid 2D Datamatrix code on the carton.

Bottle Presence Checking - to make sure that there are 4 bottles present.
